4th Ibero-Afro-American Symposium on Risks: Global Processes and Vulnerabilities, Hazards/Risks, and Local Strategies

This symposium was organized by the Asociação Portuguesa de Riscos and was held virtually from July 21 to 23 at the Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources of the Francisco José de Caldas District University (Colombia).

During the symposium, Dr. Omar Darío Cardona delivered the opening keynote titled “We Cannot Prevent Tomorrow’s Disasters Unless We Imagine [and Assess] Them Today,” where he discussed risk as a common denominator in development management.
