Ingeniar was part of the GT3 Meeting of the Southern Agricultural Council (CAS, by its Spanish acronym) member of the Inter-American Institute of Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA), held in Santiago de Chile on 8 and 9 November 2018. In this event was presented the drought risk model for the agricultural sector of Uruguay <\/a>to the representants of the Agricultural and Livestock Ministries of Bolivia, Chile, Brasil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina, that conform the GT3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this meeting, the methodology of evaluation and results obtained were discussed, as well as the importance of counting with a regional model for drought risk that allows carrying out robust evaluations, in accordance with the state of knowledge and comparable among CAS member countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
